Role Summary: Gramton Weighing Automation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order execution. This role is crucial for maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales growth. Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries received through phone, email, and website. - Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and proposals. - Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-up activities. - Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, payment status, and delivery schedules. - Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with production, stores, purchase, dispatch, and accounts for timely execution. - Maintain accurate records of customers, quotations, orders, and sales activities. - Provide support to the sales team during trade shows and exhibitions. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Requirements (Must-Haves): - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves): - Experience in sales or customer service - Knowledge of industrial weighing systems and automation solutions - Fluency in English and local languages - Certifications in CRM or sales management Compensation & Perks: - Compensation: INR 300000 - 450000. - Perks: Health and wellness benefits, Paid time off, Learning and development support.
