Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the MeskoHire platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

MeskoHire is an AI-powered interview and hiring platform that helps organisations conduct video interviews, assess candidates, and streamline recruitment workflows.

The Service includes features such as live video interviews, behavioural analysis dashboards, coding assessments, candidate management, and job recommendations.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hr@meskohire.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect data from the Service without our written consent.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by MeskoHire and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant MeskoHire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All candidate pricing plans displayed on MeskoHire are valid for 1 month only from the date of purchase. After that period, plan benefits expire unless you renew.

AI interviews are not included in the plan price. Access to AI interviews depends on your available credit limit. If your credits are insufficient, you cannot start an AI interview until credits are available.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MeskoHire does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeskoHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
