The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting accurate reporting. You will collaborate closely with the finance team, clients, and vendors to maintain seamless financial workflows. Key responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing invoices, and analyzing financial data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in accounts or a related field, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This role offers opportunities to contribute directly to financial strategy and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable/receivable processes - Prepare and review financial statements - Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulatory standards - Collaborate with clients to resolve billing inquiries - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation - Support monthly closing processes and budget forecasting - Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions - Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Requirements (Must-Haves): - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field - 2-5 years of experience in accounts or finance - Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) - Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance - Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves): - Certification in Accounting (e.g., CA, CS, CMA) - Experience in fast-paced corporate environments - Proficiency in multiple accounting software tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Compensation & Perks: - Compensation: INR 600000 - 800000. - Perks: Health and wellness benefits, Paid time off, Learning and development support. Requirements
